Happy Holidays! You’re invited to join Chef Cynthia of Whey on Wheels and the Factory Bar for holiday drinks and cheesy delights! Dress in your holiday finest or… not! Indulge in sparkling wine cocktails, enjoy amazing hors d’oeuvres and don’t forget the cheeses!
Chef will provide a festive array of holiday cheeses and special snacks. The Factory Bar will provide a delicious array of cocktails, specialty spirits, sparkling and still wines. To accompany your festive cocktails, there’s an assortment of scrumptious hors d’oeuvres; truffle dip with potato chips, deviled eggs with caviar to name but a few. To round out the party Chef has also chosen several of her favorite domestic and international cheeses to be paired with Chef’s famous jams and jellies.
You’ll learn about cheese, champagne, and the fabulous combination of cocktails with cheese!
